what kinda foods can i offer that promote growth in my reds?
like i know beef heart is supposed to be good for growth but they r not supposed to have that alot...ne other ideas...right now i have them on krill,shrimp, &bloodworms.

if they are small, that's fine for right now. once they get bigger you may want to think about larger masses of food such as fish fillets or something and larger shrimp. i've been trying to find the food sticks from hikari but the lfs around where i live doesn't carry them.

Try fish fillets (pangasius, tilapia, sea bass etc: stay away from red, fat fish such as salmon and tuna, and white flaky fish like cod - too messy) and whole fish such as smelt (if necessary chopped up).
