Thanks for the info mad, on ,most of my items I get them tracked and I use the checks so I know when they cash them. Never had any problems except some harassment from this bizitch who sold me my action figures.

generally if the person your buying from has been a member for awhile and has 90% or higher feedback it should not be a problem. I love ebay and the way it works. I have sold and bought many things there and incurage people to also do so. People that do these kind of things will eventually get caught. It does suck if you pay for something and never recieve it. I perfer to use paypal because of this.

The police cant just take it out of the bank account. The way in which Commercial law is goverened is completely insane sometimes. There need to be new laws implemented that can immediately jail these creeps as criminals
