I bought a heavy DW that sink almost instantly from my lfs, and I drop it in after washing and brushing it. Now, it tinted/bled tanning the water in the tank.....

Is the tint/coloring from the DW harmful to the Ps? Or is it just like black water extract?

I have changed the water, but the DW kept on bled tanning the water....

The water is now yellowy greenish...... but, the Ps seem to be doing fine......

As long as you keep an eye on your water's pH, there should be no problem. Just make sure that it won't drop too drastically, like Croz said.
In the wild, piranha live in slightly acidic water (low pH; often also pretty tea-colored), caused by rotting vegetation and wood, etc., so it's a good way to mimick their natural habitat more closely, as long as you're careful.

I don't forsee any problems either. Eventually the stained water will be filtered out anyway. This won't last.

I just thought of this: if you want to get rid of the water coloration, fill your (canister) filter with carbon. That will take out the coloration, although you probably still have to keep an eye on the pH...
