Im just curious if it actually works? Well anyways I just finished retrofitting an AC500 to hold a bio-wheel will post pictures when the silicone cures.

you made a DIY bio wheel? cool! that would make the AC500 king of HOB. Even tho the biowheel doesnt do much lol, mainly because the giant sponge is plenty to hold bacteria. But at least then no one will say "my emp is better cus of the wheel".

Yeah Biowheels work real well, you'll have an ammonia destroying army on that thing in no time.

Yes they work but don't know how long the bacteria survives in case of power outage....
