I just started messing around with creatine but not seriously yet. I'd like to know a little more about it before I buy more and start loading....anyone here on the Fury have experience with it?
Yes it occurs naturally, but not to the extremes that you inject into your system using the product.mori0174 said:creatine worked for me. I would definitely recommend it. And yes, creatine does occur naturally in your body.

i thought that was pretty obvious. Why would one take it if it didnt increase the level in your system??PacmanXSA said:Yes it occurs naturally, but not to the extremes that you inject into your system using the product.
Everything in moderation, however.

And you have proof that large amounts of creatine in your system is actually good for you in the long run? I don't think so.mori0174 said:i thought that was pretty obvious. Why would one take it if it didnt increase the level in your system??

You state that you have used it and recommend it.creatine worked for me. I would definitely recommend it.
You go ahead and note that it increases the level in your system. Why would one take it if it didnt increase the level in your system??
wow that was umm interesting. So you are saying any muscle he gains from it, he will lose it all right after he stops. haha...Enriqo_Suavez said:I tried it before and I know that it makes me feel sick. It never really sat well with me. Furthermore, the second you stop taking it the effects are gone.

I dont see any words of him saying its good for you in the long run, becasue nobody knows yet. And nobody knows if viagra, lipitor or paxil are good for you in the long run either.PacmanXSA said:Actually, you did there big guy.
First off:
You state that you have used it and recommend it.
And THEN:
You go ahead and note that it increases the level in your system.
From that, we can gather that you took creatine, liked it enough to recommend it, and have some bearing on it's function. Why would you use it if it's bad for you?
Playing wording games with me really isn't going to work.

No, because muscle he gains from it he could gain whether or not he was taking it. But thats not really going to be noticable when he loses almost all the weight he gained, and the physical size he gained, because its all water retention.Filo said:wow that was umm interesting.
