How can you do this? Photoshop? Whats the best program?

Since PS is for still images, I don't think so.
Maybe Adobe Premiere or Windows Movie Maker.
And maybe finding out what company created the asf file format gives away some useful clues...

btw: I had trouble watching that file-format, until I downloaded the latest Windows Media Player (version 10). Now I can watch them without problems.

Well mainly I need something to convert .asf to more standard .avi or .mpg/.mpeg because my upload server wont take .asf.

I tried windows movie maker, but it doesnt convert it. Ill try adobe premier.
