I have this driftwood looking type of stump, it looks really nice. Problem is its driftwood,
Would I be able to stick that in my tank after I rinse it out? We have some land with Cedar Trees, and it has soe Amazing Pieces of Wood!.

Cedar is a soft wood, basically a pine. You don't want that in your tank. Not at all. Not only does it contain a lot of oils/resin that will get into your water and harm your equipment/fish. But it will also rot quickly. Sorry to disappoint.

Yes all above are absolutely correct. Cedar does contain a lot of resin, which could and will harm your filter. I would aslo like to add that cedar contains claraphomelia. Claraphomelia is a very toxic chemical found in coniferous trees, and it WILL harm your fish. What do I mean by harm? I meant to say KILL!
