I was just curious as to what kinds of media everyone suggests using in a canister filter...right now I have a sponge pad,bio balls,carbon/ammonia remover and nitrite/nitrate remover.Thanks.

I use: crude and fine sponge pads, EhfiSubstrat biological filtermedium (sintered glass, with a huge surface area), ceramic pipes, cotton wool, and a carbon membrane.
