My question is can i add the chlorine remover to a whole tank of untreated water?

I normally add it to each bucket i fill the tank up with but im getting a 60gallon tank on tuesday and want to use a hose pipe to fill up the tank.

Would i just put it all in at once? and stir it around to make sure all the water is treated?

Yes just throw it in as your filling up ....1 capfull per 5 gallons ...

I haven't used conditioner...I didn't let my tank cycle...I don't know what the temp or water specs are. My piranha is still alive and seems to be somewhat happy. Lately he has started to rub up against things...
