Does it matter? I just turned it on about 20 mins. ago and the bio wheels are not spinning. On all of my other filters they spin. Does it matter? Please fill me in.

yes u need to point the water system sprayers that the emp has on the bio wheels so they will spin and so that water gets on the wheels so that the bacteria on the wheels will survive!!theycallmevirg said:

lol it is and now one of them is spinning but not the other.
