This will be the last time I will ask this question-I promise!
In my 120 gal tank, how much ammonia must I have before adding BIO Spira. I added 3 buckets of goldfish water poop. It's been in there for a good 5 days. I ordered Bio SPira today. Can I add it when I get it or let the tank reach higher levels of ammonia readings since they are still very low?

As soon as you have an ammonia reading on your test kit you can throw it in.

As soon as you have an ammonia reading on your test kit throw it in. You can do the fishless cycle which i highly recommend by adding 6 drops of pure clear ammonia per every 10 gallons of water to your nitrite spike then 3 drops per 10 gallons till cycle complete.

I second that motion it works faster, it's cheaper and there is less clean up than using cheap fish
