Go to your local supermarket and ask the butcher. My butcher told me he would get the beefheart. He just didn't know people wanted it. It's like $1.05 for a pound or 2. If you don't mind cutting it up and then freezing the pieces in between the sticking wax paper, it turns out pretty cheap.

Well.. what do you want Beefheart for if ya got HUMAN hearts in the fridge!!!

Honestly I got a whole heart from a local butcher, he charged me .99 a pound, and it was disgusting to cut up

Allot of butchers can get some for you. Next time you visit your local grocery store just ask them
