I have two baby red bellies ( 1.5 inch ) one of them only has one eye. They both seem to have ick, cloudy eyes and white fluffy stuff on lower lip.
Water parameters are ok except for ph which was 7.8.
I did a 50% water change, added salt, raised the temp and have been treating with super ick ( blue stuff)
They seem to be doing better but just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar situation.

Any help is appreciated .

What are your nitrate levels? How often are you doing water changes? Looks like cottonmouth which is bacterial and caused from stress and poor water quality.

Treat with Melafix.

You are taking quite the chance having them in with your other fish

Hey , Nitrates are about 5-10 ppm . They originally were in 55gallon. Now treating them in 20g tank.

Water changes 30% weekly .

They coexisted with those 3 little guppies since they were tiny. But I will separate them. Just treating them all.
