i have 5 of them. tonite i was watching them jump a feeder and inch bigger than them. anyhow since i have school and work, i can only feed them one time a day ( at 10pm ). will they be cool and not kill each other before i get a chance to feed them? should i always throw in a feeder incase they get crazy? what to do? i dont want to lose them. add decor?

Plant cover and as much as you can possibly feed. Let them hide and keep their bellies fat.

At dime size they don't yet have the developed teeth or jaw power to tear flesh but they will feed on the fins.

Don't forget black worms and/or brine.

Never. But, as they grow together they will become more and more tolerable of each other. But a happy family? Never, not the piranhas nature.

I have not noticed this when they are young, it will give them places to hide.
