iv'e had them for about four months, the biggest is maybe 2" while the smalles is about 1" i have three

don't worry about it. they're really young. young things in the wild get eaten if they come out and screw around. they'll get bigger and bolder. even big fish love to lurk. just make sure they have places to hide when scared but don't over do it. try reducing the light or turning them off.

Piranha's are skittish fish by nature, this should be expected, especially with juvi's.
