I've been recently thinking about getting a snake, and i like the idea of an arboreal snake the best. I have owned garter snakes before, so I am not totally inexperienced, but don't want to get in over my head. I'd prefer a snake that has bright colors, something that doesn't get huge, and is relatively easy to care for. I found some sites on green tree pythons, and some of those guys look pretty cool.

Basically, I'm looking for any other suggestions or care sheets to help inform me.

edit: anyone know the difference between a chrondro, wamena, aru, or jayapura?? are they just morphs?
