Nope. Stick with plastic plants weighted down with metal clips or rocks or something.

i had amazon with my oscar ..but they would get tore up within weeks ..the best way to go is with plastic as p45 mentioned and weigh them down

YOU CAN WEIGH DOWN PLANTS USING A PLASTIC cd BOX WITH A HOLE DRILLED THROUGH THE MIDDLE, BUT oSCARS ARE ALWAYS GOING TO CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR WITH PLANTS

yeah Oscars will always dig up plants, rocks, or whatever else you but in the tank. I just throw some rocks in and let them arange it how they want, because eventually then will anyways.
