anyone from the UK know a good online company for cheap tanks. Im looking to buy a Rio 400 and cheapest quote round my area (weymouth) is £470 with stand.

my best advice is to look in the classified ads page of your local paper

The cheapest thing is to buy it hamey down from someone at a yard sale or through the buy and sell here. LFS and online stores cost too much IMO.
