Actually no, to use terms like dumb suggests they are unteachable or not able to learn. Majority of people do want to learn and their being dumb as you call it is not necessarily true. It is information that they have either picked up or read about from a book or in places like this. Granted some people are unteachable and perhaps the term obstinate or jackass would apply, but dumb? Don't think so, since most here are quite capable of expressing themselves without resorting to name calling or personal attacks as some have demonstrated.
