I have (3) 6-7" rbp's in my 55 gal.I was just wondering if I should put a couple more in.Would that be too many.Also,do they get less skittish the more you have together?Thanks.

to make them less skittish they need to feel comfortable in the aquarium, this may help if there are more P's but then again maybe they feel more comfortable as the 3 right now
... you could add more P's bu there is no guarentee they will accept another now, seeing as it is hard to get larger one, and if you do they usually cost more $

I just put them in this larger tank a couple of weeks ago...maybe they just need more time to adjust to their new home.

pcrose 7 in a 55 is very bad theres a rule 20gal per piranha thats what you should stick by

I wouldn't even dare to put 1 more in. If they were any smaller in size, then I'd go for it. BUt 6-7"ers in a 55 gal is way too small for them already, each occupying 1/3 of the tank for territorial spots.
