got some really nice swords today, they come planted in lil planters you know, well when you put them in your tank do you take them out of planter and put the roots and what little bit of soil w/them in or what?

I usually take them out right away and bury the ends in the gravel.

its up to you really..the planter hold the plant down from floating,incase your fish want to mess with it..plus the spunge like material is also good for the plant..or you can take it out and plant it straight into the gravel...either or it up too you
